Property is far away location in D15. 99yr lease hold at 2500psf.
If I buy a unit same size as my current 2 room HDB flat price is $1.3M.
Agent was talking enthusiastically to me about how MRT nearby, famous school ...sure can rent ...etc
But once I say j have no jobs so how to pay ....the agent enthusiasm faded fast.
Wow $2500 psf for 99yr lease hold...Real game changer.
All those who whine HDB has no value because its a leasehold are just talking rubbish.
