If you don't mind watching older stuff, can go YouTube. Lots of HK dramas.

me only like police or crime drama.

just finished watching Mask but very disappointed.

Youtube quality quite lousy. Some serials are not complete with missing episodes!

True, I only start watching after making sure all episodes are there. Quality wise is mixed. Some dramas have resolutions as high as 4k. Some dramas have resolutions as low as 360. I go for those dramas that are at least 720.
