Guy had no outward sign kf heart disease swims everyday.

For such cases what additional tests can be done to help detect heart problems?

May be some "superstitious " reasons?
vaccine
Thought ExBB also died from heart attack when he was on holiday in Australia, and his body was shifted back to Spore…no more annually familiar gathering in Bali for him. Huh
Important to do annual health screening
Pfizer or Moderna or bivalent? Or all three?

Swim 10 laps doesn’t mean anything
Exercise everyday doesn’t mean you don’t have high cholesterol or partial heart brokerage
Best is to have full medical checkup with ECG, X-ray  and complete blood test
And CT scan, ECHO and if possible angiogram and colposcopy every five years
I remember an MP, Ong Cit Chung gave an interview how healthy he was
Because he exercise every day including jogging for many kms every week
The following week he died in his sleep of a heart attack
A family friend recently passed on of heart attack supposedly, too, while on holiday in Vietnam. He was 75 years old, but did not have any known medical issues beforehand.

Bro, Ong Chit Chung died of heart cancer that is a different disease from heart attack.
