The current Taiwan administration initially didn’t want to let the Chinese flights entering into their island.

But as the Presidential and the Legislators election is drawing near. And DPP need to win the votes by having more of the “in-between” voter’s votes. Because many of the Taiwanese who wished to return to Taiwan early this year was not possible.

And couple with Taiwan recent has relaxed the rules against Covid situation, therefore the existing administration decided to let the Chinese flights entering the island.
