To date best information is Long covid affects 10% of all who get infected with covid including mild and asymptomatic

My thinking is  this is a disease still revealing itself and mutating with long term effects. We cannot formulate a strategy based on what we wish to happen ...based on our desire to have a better economy but we have to base our strategy on medical facts and reality.

Eventually medical costs will negate what we get by opening too early and much of the negative long term effects cannot be undone.

this is not being considered offiicially it seems

they want you to experience it like flu if jabbed and then accept it as flu

even got parents who say its no big deal if kids  get it if they are asymptomatic. parents like this should NOT be allowed to breed :

"he said: "Basically we have to live with it, because no one is going to be spared. When kids get the virus, it's not really a big deal because they are mostly asymptomatic. Moreover, my husband and I will be getting booster jabs soon.""

I have taken airline to go overseas once  before that was 4 yrs ago to Taiwan.

Until today I cannot understand why people take so much risk to "eat air" and trivialise the risk.

In a crisis ...history has taught us time and time again that playing safe and act by assuming that there is something we don't know is the best thing to do.

I really disagree with what our leadership is doing...in the current situation there are lives involved...and it is the live of others ...shouldn't we exercise the greatest caution by time let others go first only when their bets come out right then we follow.

I believe the HK and TW govt are playing a safe strategy...let others risk first learn from their mistakes then make your move.

Rushing in gains little....just more deaths more long term costs and risk so much.
PaP' s strategy to live with covid since National Day is too early when our vaccination is not that effective.

Putting those gorillas amongst us is to kill some people like the Law of the Jungle.
