SVB collapse is just a sample of all sorts of things that can happen. When Fed pulls money out of the economic system there are many parts that will become stressed and break in unforeseen manner. SVB collapse is sudden nobody was talking about it just 7 days ago. Likewise many other types of failures will just pop up.
