What will this fellow be charged with if he is extradited back to Taiwan? AWOL. deserter, defector or hanjian traitor? I think Taiwan and China are still technically at war since 1949 as there was no truce declared. So it is a death penalty under the War Act (civil law does not apply in this case) for this guy. ....
