Minister for Nat Dev must ensure that data must be correct:-how many units in a project, how many units are launched and must report both % of how many units divided by all units and % divided by those launched. This way it gives a true picture not now anyhow shout shout to create a false market impression. Why those play stocks in sgx can kenna with false market impression/manupulation while anything relating to real estate esp new projects are totally excused. Newspapers, developers, interviewees should be held responsible for false market reporting too.
