hope that the plastic bag charges will be last of such micro management of how businesses are run.
government if want to show support of reducing plastic bag as a whole can always tax it and leave charges to businesses. alternative like bamboo disposable can be encourage. no straw or bamboo straw better?

the big picture like retrenchment. tech company retrenching happened and merchant bank retrenchment coming.
bonus of external man power help is good but must be balance against local work force learning from past experience.

Why debate on petty things in Parliament.  Is there no important and urgent matters to be debated.............?
