Market is very kind, already given so many opportunities.

Why markets will go bullish amidst all these banks in trouble:
the only reason why bear markets must die now is because interest rates cannot be raised anymore, if not more banks' US Treasury Bonds held in humongous amount will sink deeper into red, more distress, and more SVBs will appear, causing entire banking systems to collapse.. thus this means money loosening from here on -- guaranteed no more tightening, hence bull markets guaranteed to take over from here.. the only parameter that matters is money flow -- its tightening and loosening. All asset classes must go up in 2023 and 2024.

Same for Properties.
