Yup...need see the organisation chart 
On top of CEO there is a chairman.
So who is the chairman and stakeholders ( usually those major investor)( a good example will be Temasek holding)

CCP gov very encouraging for tech & innovative ( which out PaP gov had train them well) and invest alot for these companies

By the way can sell it to Temasek holding if tio force sell. Plus from ah chew information on projects Texas and storage of data. Need huge server storage centre.( For Sg where will it be?) 

Google data storage centre some where at East side been near 218b boon lay avenue . Been during their building stage on installing server
