actually I see those current BTO flat with now a days so call " Modern renovation " till now I haven't come any fancy me.
All just copy , the same design concept.
Unlike retro ones , you see got that " feel " is somethings you can't copy make the same.
I know some retain the look only just do minor renovation they want to preserve those retro doors, titles etc.
