Looks like there is huge influence of South Asian culture in Britain….both Indian and Pakistani immigrants are everywhere. The mayor of London is also a Pakistani descendant.  This is called reverse colonialism.

According to the latest 2021 United Kingdom census, 3,801,186 Muslims live in England, or 6.7% of the population. The Muslim population again grew by over a million compared to the previous census.

In the UK, South Asian minority groups include Indians 1.45 million (2.3 per cent), Pakistanis 1.17 million (1.9 per cent), Bangladeshis 451,500 (0.7 per cent) and other Asians.

There are only 86,000 South Asians currently living in Scotland
