 neighborhood restaurant shop)
Furniture shop: whoever buy mattress can promote it. In return while clients need to purchase furniture can intro the shop to them.( Same for electrical appliances and laundry business shop with dry cleaning)

* Special service mattress cleaning and check in house air quality . Finished with photo and report.

Split : public residential and private residential .

Membership: $30 for 2 years 
Program: 
1. design package needed for clients and pay as per work done.
2. Client intro news client get special rate for next cleaning services when needed
3. Periodicals or when needed

Equipment : buy from online shopping platform.
Cleaning chemicals: Supermarket or online shopping

if you're thinking of setting up a small biz, a drink stall is very profitable and not much preparation needed. Hot drinks like tea, coffee, milo, and can drinks, pineapple drink, chincao ... easy to make and high profit margins

Know why most coffee shop owner take the drink stalls and sell, the rest of the stalls rent out to other ppl. They also know drinks stall easier to do and more profits compared to sell other food.
