The person will call using another person's Whatsapp. The number and name belong to that person. Thus, his name appears. How he hacks, don't know? But he will know your name because he is like using that person's phone.

Next, say, save the new number. You will notice the sound is different.
Then ask for DBS token steps.

Later, call to say he could not access it. Need to transfer money. Need your help.

At this point, you will know that it is a scam.

When you call back to that person, it is the original real person.

Some people might have used the desktop to link to WhatsApp.

The scammer is using an M1 number in Singapore.

Got to grapple with so many types of scams these days...very challenging indeed.

Nothing is revealed. Except that he disclosed the provider accidentally. His sound is already suspicious. When he talk about urgent transfer of money, straightaway I know it is a scam. This is not the first time I came across this trick.
