I already buy nasi lemak for my lunch.

Good idea early bird is best?

Or 1 BIG packet for 2 meals. A lot of old folks in my neighbourhood do so. They also eat very early. Like 10:30am-11am for lunch.

I buy for lunch only. Dinner got home cooked food.

For breakfast it is on overkill, too much to eat is also no good.  The luncheon meat is bad for health, cos it will cause one to have high cholesterol, the LDL the bad    cholesterol who can lead to heart attacks or strokes......
