I tend to support this view but believe also there is lack of evidence and scientific backing for many theories. It is all judgement call.

The reason why the west did not go for traditional vaccine Is because of red tape...it takes too long to approve the production....not because it wouldn't work...once vaccine diplomacy and politicisation take place countries bad mouth each others vaccine.

Bit I also saw scientific view that targeting spike protein in mRNA is key because rest of the virus is not unique or significant.

Real world data is mixed....and polluted by govt missteps and implementation problems..

Anyway the virus appear to punch through both and vaccines are less effective than initially thought.

Mixing different types of vaccine is stronger but is it SAFE??
