EPIC is they come out many rules and regulations make it more troublesome for the people yet " some " get more chances to scrap from their loopholes.

Long long time ago things are much simpler to understand. Then as years go back they study a lot so their brains work a lot so come out with more complicated scheme. If man on the street cannot understand it mean they win means they are clever so they deserve to sit on top you below work to feed them.

This is why how Govt expect we the people follow submit necessary documents etc.

Worst their own civil servant Don't even know themselves just they just follow , reply you back the same answer like a bot.

Government workers operate by the rules they draw. Businessmen use loopholes to make money.
