Nowadays there are no more road sweepers. All use a blower to blow the leaves on the ground. When blowing the leaves, all the dust gets blown up as well. Who came up with this lazy idea of using a blower?

The town council cleaner they just blow the dead leaves to the drain.

This is why got dengue and ponding , If no body clear the drain dig up those dead leaves.
