So sign him up for future bus driver in company? Sponsor his education until Sec 4 then can recruit him. I think drive bus no need Poly cert Sec 4 can liao.

NS vocation under transport. Can earn class 3 licence

Think drive bus need higher class. Class 3 not enough.
