Minister Josephine claimed to fix the problem and refused to apologise
Now,the mistake is repeated again.
It is confirmed that if there is no complaint, the govt will not work properly.

I see more into that.. If top management say all workers per meal cost is $2, or a amount which is probably no profit to the vendor, no one will take up the deal, let alone to cut cost and 'add' worms into the veg for more protein..
It is most likely a $3-4 per meal, where it is still possible to make a profit, but to maximize profit, some hanky panky deals take place at the vendor side, with/without semcorp marine's knowledge..
But even then, semcorp marine cannot claim they are innocent..
Suggest CPIB to do a check..
