UK, US and Europe

Not many nearby places to go. AU and NZ won't be opened. HK and TW pursuing zero covid. JP/KR possible by year end. Our surrounding countries all cmi. Phuket is another possibility, but likely cannot leave the island since the rest of Thailand is basically in deep red.
