Singaporean says he feels like a second-class citizen as his foreign classmates are advancing to uni while he serves NS

If have chance to study uni it's good enough for Singaporean.

No matter what I gladly serve my NS regardless of whether foreigners, new citizens and PR have to serve
..... its a separate issue.. Never in my life have I wished not to serve my NS...its a way of giving back
