According to police, the two suspects were 16 and 17 years old. They couldn't rob the car because they didn't know how to drive a manual transmission.

In fact, it's not uncommon for car robberies to fail just because the robber doesn't know how to control the manual transmission. Previously, on March 18, a similar robbery also occurred in the parking lot of a shopping center in the north of Milwaukee City, USA.

The perpetrator is a man named Andrew Moran, 25 years old. His target was a manual Audi A3 driven by a woman. However, the car robbery was unsuccessful because the robber did not know how to operate a manual transmission car. When he fled, he also carried a car key with an AirTag locator.

Through AirTag, police learned that Moran had boarded the Blue Line train in Chicago after fleeing the scene. The robber was arrested at Addison station and the victim's car keys were also found in the carriage.
