You'd need some physical assets to be a sarong party girl. There is a deficiency of those among the vast majority of Singaporean chabors. 

Perhaps if we give new citizenship to FTs from Myanmar, Singapore would have a chance to look like a country of beauties.

A lot of Chinese men are now marrying vietbus.

Reason?

The ratio of Chinese men to Chinese chabor favours the latter due to the one child policy and sons were needed to till the ground, so baby daughters were murdered so that the couple could have another shot at producing a boy.

Now Chinese women can literally demand that the men must buy a house before getting on their knees to beg for marriage.  As property prices kept rising till a gigantic bubble is now formed, many Chinese men simply cannot afford to buy a flat even with their parents helping.

Meanwhile, vietbu do not mind marrying an a tiong kor, and moving in to live with his parent....something which a Chinese chabor would never agree to doing.
