The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) launched 2 satellites owned by Singapore on Saturday (April 22).

The satellites were launched by a PSLV C-55 rocket. The weight of the satellite is about 757 kilograms.

The satellites were launched from the Satish Dhawan Space Station in Sriharikota.

It is a satellite launched for earth observation. Also, it will be used for various tasks including disaster monitoring.

Earlier, ISRO helped launch Singapore's Teleos-1 satellite in 2015 on a PSLV C-29 rocket.
