Take a look at this 5-room HDB flat. 

It is using the public corridor area as its personal private storeroom keeping all these items there throughout the years.  

It's time Town Council to take action to clear all these eye-sore rubbish away from public arena.

Condos aso, the ma/mc must be very strict. Like no clothes hanging on balconies, no footwear outside units, no outsider overnight parking, ...
