Philippines President was all ready with binocular lens to see how China's war ships can be hit by Himas missiles.
The target ship was only 20 km away and is dead and stationary target and all missed.
Why?
Some speculated that it was disturbance wave made by China. If really so, then, how can US fight a war with China? Sure loss for US, right?
