buy from resale, foreigner need to buy min RM1M

easy to get in but difficult to get out for Johor Property unless is buy for retirement home or weekend holiday home

Johor properties are not your golden goose eggs. Plenty of supplies but not much demand.

Want property appreciation then seek somewhere else like Saigon.
