China evacuated its citizens plus Pakistanis, Nepalese, Kenyans, Brazilians & Eritreans from Sudan.
No Americans were evacuated by the Chinese as back in 1998 in Eritrea, the Americans initially agreed to evacuate Chinese women and children from the country as China lacks the capability to do so back then. But when the Chinese women and children reached the point of evacuation, they were refused boarding at the last minute. The Chinese remembered and thus there's no help for Americans.
US finally organized its first evacuation from Sudan on 29 April after the deaths of Americans occurred.
