According to the president, the countries of Northern Europe, "unlike some other partners, have not broken their promises" in the matter of arms supplies to Kyiv. He believes that "it is cheaper for other countries to support Ukraine now than to increase the risks of a third world war."
On April 28, the head of the country's Ministry of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine "in a global sense" are ready to launch a counteroffensive. And on April 19 , Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyar said that the counteroffensive in eastern Ukraine had, in fact, begun.
