My thinking is never buy foreign property
I share Mr Loo's video mainly for knowledge but I think it's a bad move.

1. You have no home ground advantage.
2. Legal complications in estate law should you die and pass to children high estate taxes
3. Currency risk.
4. In Malaysia anytime rules an change

Best advise for people retiring in Malaysia is to rent a condo....Forest city rental is only Rm$300 per month. Anytime you want to move stay somewhere else to make your life interesting just terminate lease and move

Key should be point 4. Once change new govt, all last time agreed by previous govt can be voided. This is Msia so beware! Rental is more safer IMHO if you die die want to live in Msia.
After covid and forest city, danga bay ...... there are still fools in SG wanna buy JB properties. All these people deserved to get piak hard hard by Please Attack People
