Why is the blood bank getting blood from foreigners?

That means Indians from India can also donate blood to the blood bank , right?

To better protect Singaporeans, a law must be enacted  which does not allow foreigners to donate blood. And was the donated blood tested for HIV before putting in blood bank.

The M'sian lied in his declarations to the screeners when donating his blood in Oct 2020. That made it an offence when his blood was tested +ve in Nov.
Adding to insult, after he lost his F&B job during COVID period, he didn't go back to his Bolehland village.. Instead the HIV-infected M'sian continued to stay in SG and received allowance from NGO Transient Workers Count Too.   Give him the benefit in our Little Red Dot and he return us with Bad Blood....literally.. Angry
