Nothing is ever "flawless"....all it takes is a Fedex employee to commit serious crimes in other countries while on the job.
For e.g this Fedex pilot, who is a ex-USAF colonel, kenna caught carrying weapon when entering China... Big Grin

A not-so "flawless" undercover operation gone wrong ?

Just like US like to accuse China companies setting up shop in US as being govt controlled entities so this is just tit-for-tat back to US from China. I believe both countries all sama sama just US like to give ppl an impression they are blame-less innocent when the more they defend the more guilty they are IMHO.

Accusation can be made. But showing the evidence of mis-behaviour, the Chinese has exposed more of it

The ST report already highlighted how Fedex fail to explain why documents involving Huawei properties that is destine to China got ended up diverted to US.

FedEx itself suffered from increasing scrutiny from China in 2019 after Huawei Technologies said documents it asked to be shipped from Japan to China were diverted to the US instead without authorisation. In a separate incident, FedEx said it rejected a package containing a Huawei phone being sent to America from Britain by "mistake".
