Has anyone mentally impaired been treated unfairly?

Actually those who borrow money from "ah long" should know the outcome why blame others who Harris touched you for payment ?...O$P$ is corrected.....cannot pay than don't borrow ; you know is high interest : bank won't lend you ....

Yet want police help you to block them to recover back money.. .

As long as you scam, you have to pay the price.
