Well, everything costs money.
Some peepur have $400 utility bills every month. Others, not even $30. If you have the air con turned on all day, bedroom, living room and all, you have to damn well find the money to settle that bill.
Some peepur wash their own toilet, while others want a maid to wash it for them..
