It is an accident. Now let's hope HDB go around checking all wobbly equipment at children playground, badminton courts, basketball courts, etc for any shaky, vibratory, wobbly, rusty, etc items. found any must fix immeidately then test them again before allowing residents use them. Put up notice boards to get information for loose and faulty equipment.
Better keep your kids away from public play ground, badminton courts, basketball courts, exercise structures along running tracks, etc. There cud be structural defects from corrosion and lack of maintenance due to manpower shortage caused by the pandemic for almost 2-years. There is risk of structural collapse of these facilities while using them.....
