You need to be specific what gets better with age. As one ages every body organ and function slow down and reaction also slow etc etc. E.g I used to be able to whack a lot at buffet now I never go buffet becuz cannot eat that much and lao sai and fall sick a few times previously so my body is telling me I cannot gorge on a lot of food like last time already.
