My take is that partially vac. will not be allowed into malls, only those who have had 2nd jab is allowed in. In the near future they may want to see if a 3rd jab is done.
Partially. Nope. They scan the token and it will appear in the device as vaccinated. Similar to the trace together screen which appear on the ipad.
