Sometimes may not be scam but come with strings attached. Like in order to enjoy the 4.28% you need to do investment or buy insurance. Previously the leaked 4.88% 3 month FD was this case. Their IT system did not block so anyone with the promo code get to enjoy that despite not need to do any investment or insurance. DBS honour it btw.
