Both ah nehs should know first and foremost, they joined politics is to,serve people.... they are appointed ministers is to serve people.... but it looks like they are only interested in living a high life, to enjoy a good life.... while most people are suffering because of inflation, because of increase in GST, because of high interests, because high food prices , because of unaffordable housing..... how can?

They should live a simple life.... ok ok, maybe because they earn higher salaries and are government office bearers, they should be entitled to living in a decent landed property.... but to live like a king in a 300,000 square feet housing? while there are thousands of families, having five or more people clamped in a 600 sq feet housing.....this is too much .....where is your moral? How can we see that you have the people’s interests at heart?

In the end both ah nehs can argue all they want that they follow procedures or proper protocol in applying to rent the place.... but that’s besides the point.... in the end, in the eyes of the citizens, to live in such a grand life in such a massive housing while thousands are living in poverty is too much for us normal Singaporeans to stomach.......

The current crop of MIW did not join politics to serve, they join for the monies. If they really wanna serve the people they would not want to take so much taxpayers monies. As for supporters saying they can earn much better in private sector than join politics my take is simple the current crop of MIW can jolly resign. I am sure oppo are waiting to take their place. Key is they sit and don't vacate so how oppo go and sit?

If both greedy idiots rented or bought the stupid 500,000 sqft bungalow with their own money like the sheng siong tycoon ( only 33,700 sq ft bungalow) did , nobody will comment. Problem now is it was NOT bought with your own money , it is a public housing belonging to the state. And rented for a fraction of the real market rental value so that you can live like a king. Even the major works before moving in was bourne by the state! The little bit of renovation costs bourne by tenants is hardly worth anything compared to the rental lost!
This robs and raids our national reserves and the below market rate rental is unfair to the country's reserves which are savings of generations of Singaporeans!  and also to other property owners and renters alike.All this so that two idiots can live the high life.  Meanwhile , the populace is suffering from inflation,high rental, high HDB prices ( that includes market value land paid to SLA so that HDB buyers do not raid the reserves while some public servants have shamelessly raided it for years! )
Perhaps it is better for someone to stepdown rather than to let the next G4 government or Singapore to bear the burden of such inexcusable conduct.

WP or any oppo can ask a simple yes and no question :" is the rental of your property above 10MIL per year as per rental rates of property in the surrounding vicinity of the same size? Yes or No will suffice."   . If snake refuses to answer. Just answer " I will take it as a NO"  aiyah everybody knows lah. it is less than 400K- 500K per annum . which means a rental yield of less than 0.025% for our poor nation's coffers/ reserves / SLA
