SGreans need to be more aware of the rapid changes in world order, economic center and technological disruptions that will change the way we live.
Simply "preparing" for the future is not enough as the Future is already here and now - or we risk feeling that same "suaku"-shock which one of our Minister had admitted when visiting China some years ago...
Falling behind with defensive reaction like "de-risking" because of fear is simply NOT SG's option.
