Russia's requirements
Galuzin listed seven points under which Kiev is ready for Moscow to end hostilities in Ukraine. Among them:

cessation of hostilities by the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
stopping the supply of Western weapons;
return to the neutral non-bloc status of Ukraine, refusal to join NATO and the EU;
recognition of " new territorial realities that have developed as a result of the realization of the right of peoples to self-determination" ;
protection of the rights of Russian-speaking citizens and national minorities;
securing the status of the state language for the Russian language;
observance of fundamental human rights, including freedom of religion.
According to the Deputy Minister, the first two points are necessary to " settle " the conflict, the rest - to " achieve a comprehensive, just and lasting peace."

Ukrainian requirements
“ The demands of Russia, transmitted through the Russian Foreign Ministry, rather confirm the legal and actual incompetence of the Russian leadership. Consequently, only the conditions of Ukraine are realistic ,” Podolyak said.



The Ukrainian side makes the following demands:

withdrawal of all Russian troops from the territory of Ukraine;
final recognition of the collapse of the USSR and the sovereignty of the post-Soviet countries;
extradition of " war criminals" and "authors of the war" ;
creation of a demilitarization zone on the territory of Russia;
reduction of offensive weapons;
holding an international conference on organizing control over Russia's nuclear arsenal;
legal registration of reparations, including the abandonment of Russian assets blocked in other countries in favor of Ukraine.

Russia making demands is like a robber saying what he wants to release hostages.

The only just outcome is for Russia to withdraw from Ukraine and be punished for it's illegal acts by international community

Basically I think they will continue hoot each other until the losing party go down on their knees and bow to victor demands.

I saw a video of a captured Ukrainian soldier with pliers and a small plastic packet of golden tooth all wash clean clean.

Russia must withdraw all forces, return all land back to Ukraine and pay for all the damages.This is the most basic demand on a invader. Russia will not agree, so can't talk as it's past the tipping point of no return.

The war might not end which is similar to North and South Korea. NATO, one side and Russia one side.
