I think the chickens were deliberately allowed to roam by NParks. If you kill or eat them, will tio summon.
Where they roam, cockcroaches scatter

jiken had been roaming in geylang for so long and no see NEA officer there.
They are not chickens, they are roosters and hens....cooked already then call chicken.
