Close to 7,000 flats have been launched for sale in the May BTO and balance flat exercise. The BTO projects with a total of 5,495 flats are located in Bedok, Kallang-Whampoa, Serangoon and Tengah.

BTO is too small…there’s not enough room to fit a king size bed and living room is half the size of old HDB flats
