Not that easy. If someone who has a loved one died due to covid , the family will probably not vote for pap again ever.
Then you have those who are personally affected by the everchanging covid policy. They will not forget easily as well.
Previously, people forget easily because they are not personally affected. Those who are affected will not be easily bought over again.
