Officer said I have a missing return to Singapore. Means I left the country and did not come back according to record.
I told him j only went to Malaysia for day trip and used the automated gantry.

He asked me for the date and he said confirmed there is no record of me coming back from the trip. 

He saiid it is a jailable offense  but will help me appeal so that I pay only a fine and not be jailed. 

He said I am lucky as others are jailed for such offenses.

He said he will send me email on how to pay for the fine using PayNow.

i kanan before phone call say my passport got issue press 3 to speak to operator or something then i hanged up and till now my passport no issues also

Tell me how much is the fine
Then I tell you whether it’s a scam or not

Next time ask them got any other fines and can pay as a lump sum? Or can set up an auto deduct account for them to use?

i receive similar call, they use Whatsapp video and dress up as custom officers (with mask).
