I doubt other banks will pay back any amount that is fraudulently transacted.
Based on the account money was stolen from UOB due to weak security and lack of 2FA.
Why should customer be forced to pay?
In fact MAS should do its job conduct and investigation and fine the bank.
Authorities are not doing their job.
