If you play daily the s&p500 using a bull put spread with 50:50 returns, you will soon be very rich as the winning days are already in your favour by about 53:47.
If you martingale it by rolling your puts forward whenever you have a lose day. You practically can't lose in the long run.

If you have a big bank roll say 1 million bucks, playing on the martingale strategy ...small bets starting from 5,10,20  and so on....you will almost never lose..or it will take forever for you to lose a million bucks..unless you face an unlucky long streak

tried before, need lots of capital and discipline, know when to stop. But casinos got limits, you can't keep doubling up.
Can win a bit, if you are lucky. Most of the time, you quit after losing.

Theoretically yes but the casino sets limits so you can't always double up. You got to quit when you are comfortably ahead or when luck turns.
Like trading stocks, need strict discipline and know when to fold.

if winning money from casinos so easy, there will be no more casino.

Will work as long as he wins BEFORE hitting the maximum bet limit. For some casinos, especially non-VIP areas, there is a maximum bet limit which makes the Martingale strategy not very useful.

I haven't done the maths but i think it's roughly 60-40.
60% he will lose all.
40% he will double and walk out with $2000.
This is still much better than many other forms pf betting.
You do have a 40% chance of winning.

Flat betting for me. Play for fun only. Not gamble your wife and underwear away

The big losses will come when he hits a losing streak and can no longer double up, either through lack of cash or due to casino imposed limits at the table or ETG.

If you flat beta and get out when you double or lose everything what are chances at Roulette.
I think both strategy the maths can be done and used to decide.
But I suspect t the best way to double is bet all on black at one go you have a 48% chance of doubling that may be better that flat bets or Martingale.

no understand why ppl so kumgong to gambling in casinos.

Actually if you want to play only one game and bet all in, the best bet is to bet on Banker in baccarat.

In Sg, the problem is to win money, you have to, at least win back the entry levy!

If you draw the two lines, the amounts of bets you place vs the cash you hv left, both are exponential, they are very likely to meet meaning you'll be bankrupt very fast

Doubling the bet after each loss can seem like a good way to recover losses, but keep in mind that it comes with its risks. Roulette is a game of chance, and there's no guaranteed way to win consistently.
While the strategy might work in the short term, it can lead to significant losses if a losing streak continues. It's crucial to set limits and be aware of the potential risks involved.
