How do you expect an F&B to every week change their dining layout and food inventory?


How will they expect ah kong and ah ma to remember last week can dine 2, this week cannot. Lets wait next week..

totally agree. lulan wong think he can suka suka ease and unease FB restrictions  at his whims and fancy. tons of preparation for ingredients, labour etc have to go into it.

You have brought out a very relevant point, F&B businesses needs to plan ahead for the purchase of raw materials and the number of  employees needs to be deployed in the eateries. It will be a inventory headache....

The lack of human touch is very obvious. 

They make their decisions without going thru parliamentary discussions and consensus, and make new demands and requirements every few days.

Many old folks and businesses are going to die standing.

F&B businesses are in for a hard time, many may go belly up with all these restrictions in place..
